Seasonal Depression

I will admit that I suffer from seasonal depression. I realized this last year during the months of Jan, Feb, and March. The mornings where you wake up freezing, look out the window to see that snow has once again covered your car, and its 10 degrees out. Then no matter how hot your shower is you are always shivering once you get out. Trying to find something cute to wear is pointless because I just end up putting on my Ugg boots, and the same winter jacket everyday. Can you tell I love Utah winters? I miss California...

I decided that if I am going to get through another one of these winters I should try and have a good attitude about it and find the good things that come out of this season. So I came up with a list of things that I like about the winter season and that way I can have some things to look forward to. Here is my list: (in no special order)

1. 7-11 hot chocolate and the cute little marshmallows
2. Ice skating in SLC
3. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentines Day
4. Sledding and tubing at Rock Canyon Park
5. Movie nights cuddled up in blankets
6. Wearing fun tights to church
7. Tuxedo hot chocolate from Starbucks
8. Colorful scarves
9. Gingerbread cookies
10. Christmas music on the radio 24/7
11. Skiing!
12. The Utah mountains covered in snow
13. Pumpkin Pie for breakfast (moms example)

Hopefully I will have a better winter this year!

Ugh, I hate winter. Let's try to focus on Fall for a little bit before the snow comes!

Seriously, let's drag fall out for as long as we can!

Don't forget hanging out with Bart and Meems too!! And my B-day, and your sister's new baby, and our new house, and ticklehook sauna breaks after skiing! Oh, and halloween, and pumpkin picking at the big red barn!

If all else fails, we can be depressed together.
