40 Hours of Bliss

Last weekend my friends Alysse and Lauren decided to drive up to Provo from San Diego for the weekend. They drove 10 hours here, spent 40 hours in Provo and then drove 10 hours back. It is amazing what we did all in 40 hours. We basically spent every hour of Saturday together doing girl stuff. Sam and Jaicy left their husbands for the day and we had some great girl bonding time.

Saturday morning started out with a french toast breakfast at Kneaders. Then we headed to Vivian Park up Provo canyon and sat on the grass for a few hours playing "soulmate" (our favorite game). Then we drove up to Sundance and ate yummy sandwiches from the deli. After that I decided to drive everyone through the Alpine Loop and let them see the amazing views through the canyon. It isn't quite fall yet so the trees haven't changed colors but it was still a beautiful day. We stopped at the Tueller's house to say hi to them and take a ride in Sister Tueller's new white range rover. It is my dream car!! So preetttyyy!




After doing all of that we were pretty beat. We went back to Jaicy's house and rested up for our big night. ROONEY came to Provo that night to play a concert at Spoon Me, a new yogurt shop in Provo. It was so fun and Rooney was amazing of course! They played all of their best songs and we danced the night away.





I even got to meet the band! My friend Cavin was one of the guys in charge of the concert so he got me back into the lounge to see the band! I got to take a picture with them! The picture was taken with someone else's camera so who knows if I will ever see the picture. But I did get to stand next to Robert the lead singer! I was freaking out and couldn't even introduce myself. I just kept giggling. I giggle and laugh when I get nervous.


It was such a great weekend! I was so glad Alysse and Lauren decided to come up for 40 hours of bliss!
