I spent 2 marvalous days in the Bay Area and loved every packed minute. I tried to do and see as much as possible. I was lucky enough to be able to stay at the Selland house with my dear friend Jaicy and her hubby and her family. It was great. Not only because I LOVE their two border collies but because they are the greatest family ever and I felt so at home there. Jai and Clay Selland might be some of my favorite parents in Danville.
The weekend activities consisted of:
-spending quality time with an old childhood friend
-Zacharys pizza in Berekely
-Brass Bear sandwiches
-grocery shopping at Trader Joe's
-mani pedis
-playing catch with Kelso and Andi (Jaicy's doggies)
-dancing with friends at a wedding reception
-Alamo 1st Ward entertainment and visiting
-Yogurt Shack froooyoooo
-doorbell ditching
-sitting on the front porch in the sunny Cal weather
-hanging with Laur Itow before she goes on a mission to Thailand
-711 slurpees
Great little trip.

Puppies!!! I called you yesterday, but I think it was during your class... lame.
I haven't been to Danville in 2 years and before that it was 5 years. When I went back it seemed like I grew and Oak Hill park was not the huge park of my imagination. The Brass Bear sandwiches though...mmmmmm...Just as good as ever. Totally worth all those roller blade trips after school at Stone Valley.
My mouth is watering.
LOVE it! Danville is a place where dreams come true. (:
