The boys (todd and dad) went snowshoeing up in the mountains all day. I slept in, read my new Kindle for hours, and made this delicious amazing wonderful yummy pasta for the guys to eat when they got home. I want to make it everyday for the rest of my life. Thank you Pioneer Woman. Great relaxing day.
