I think it's the pictures that really make a blog. Photographs give us the scoop on someone's clothing style, what they like, what they do for fun, and how they present themselves. But sometimes, pictures can be deceiving. It may look like one thing to us, but something totally different could be going on.
Example #1: One time I went on a family vacation to Nantucket a few summers back. It was a fun vacation. I took lots of pictures. The weather was great and the scenery was beautiful. I don't think it was the best family vacation I've ever been on... We were grumpy sometimes, children were crying, the hotel we stayed in had black mold, it was humid and we were sweaty. The pictures I took made it look like we were always happy, all the time. I put them on Facebook and all my friends were telling me how amazing the trip looked, and what a cute family we were. Haha...little did they know. (we are a cute family though, I am not denying that.)
So now I know that a picture may look like a perfect scene, but it might not be.
Example #2: Todd and I were watching Shawshank Redemption on TV tonight and I pulled out the old photobooth because I think it's fun. Plus we were kind of matching tonight. He wasn't that interested...but the pictures told otherwise.
He may look like he's enjoying this but secretly he didn't really care. I, on the other hand, was loving it.
Told ya. Misleading. Still fun to bug him :)

I guess I'm the only one that had fun on that vacation. Maybe Avery did too
