DANCE it up!

I love Greys Anatomy. I know most of you might think, "It's just another ER..." but it is one of my favorite shows and I look forward to it every week. I think there is some great acting going on. Despite their loose ways of life, I think sometimes you can learn something from these people. Especially the episode two weeks ago. I am going to share with you the video from the part that I loved watching. Watch it, but pay no attention to the little profanity. Thanks. I will explain myself and go on after you watch the video...

My favorite line that Christina says in that is, "Dancing makes you brave!" I was laughing and loving this part so much! It is so true. Dancing does make you brave! Sometimes you have to just blast some good music and dance around your room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, shower, anything! I tried it the next morning and let me tell you, the stress of finals went away for the length of two great techno songs. My roommate (Sammy) thought I was a little bit crazy for dancing so early in the morning but of course she joined in. Who doesn't like a good dance party now and then?? After the songs were over I was energized and ready to start my day! If you don't have time to dance at your house, pop that CD in your car and start dancing and singing. I always dance in my car and people always think I am crazy. But I'm having fun so who is the crazy one now? The person not dancing of course.

Even if you have kids and think you are "too old" to dance, dance with them! Show them what you used to be like in high school/college. I know all of you have had a great dance party with friends sometime in your life. My friends and I used to drive our cars to the parking lot of Andronicos grocery store in Danville, roll the windows down, and blast the music. Some of my greatest memories are from those amazing parking lot dance parties. Good times, good times.

Here are some good dancing pics:

Dance and be brave! :)

Love those pictures. In the words of the Dixie Chicks, "Some days you gotta dance!"
