Winter in the City

I love Salt Lake City. Especially in the winter. It's nice to be able to get away from little Provo for a while and go to the city. Even though SLC is nothing compared to San Fran or Manhatten, it is still fun to be in the city enviornment. There are some great things to do in SLC. Such as: ice skating at the Gallivan Center, fun restaurants, Gateway shopping, Temple Square, concerts, and the Utah Symphony.

Just last weekened I went ice skating with Landon, Sammy, and Brian. It doesn't get much better than ice skating outside with christmas music playing in the background. The boys had fun skating as fast as they could around the rink and trying to sneak up on us so we would get scared and fall down. Haha but we never fell once! We all had such a good time laughing and being together.

Every year my family goes to the Nutcracker on Christmas Eve. This year since we don't live in California anymore we had to improvise. We went to the Nutcracker early this year and saw Ballet West's version in SLC. My two little cousins Sophie and Miranda were in it. They were so cute in their soldier costumes. It was fun to be able to watch them! Then we all went out for dessert afterwards at The Melting Pot. So yummy!! I love fondue. Especially chocolate fondue :)

Bart, Meriel, Price and I got bored waiting for our table so we decided to go outside and take fun pictures. I love my family. We always have so much fun together! Sometimes a little too much fun...haha
