UAC, Food and Bev Management, and the 'Sev

I cannot believe I am on my third year of college. I'M A JUNIOR IN COLLEGE. Can we talk about that? It is so crazy. Time definitely flys here in Provo. I am in my third apartment, third ward, and third year of school. My 5th semester to be exact. I am old! Haha...not really. But when I was a freshman I used to look up to the older girls and think they were so put together and knew exactly what they wanted in life. Yeah...that's a lie. Now I am one of those girls and I feel like my life is just beginning and I have no idea where it's going to take me. But I am excited and so ready to take on the challenge. As my roommate Kate says, "The world is our campus!" Right?

This year my friends and roommates and I moved to University Avenue Condos, "UAC". I am already loving it and it has only been one week! My ward is super fun and full of really social people! Waaaay different from my ward last year where I was asked every week if I was new. But that's a different story...

One of the perks of living at UAC is that we live right next to the 'Sev. 711 that is for those of you that don't know. It is aprox. right across the street and we love walking over there to get a slurpee, hot chocolate, a doughnut, or a water bottle. We love the 'Sev and it is always hoppin all night long.

I finally declared my major! Drum roll please...Hospitality Management. I love it! My classes are so fun! This semester I am taking two classes for my major, Food and Beverage Management and Intro to Hospitality. They are so interesting. Get this: I got goosebumps the first day of class when my teacher was talking about Event Planning! I have never gotten that excited for anything in school before!! My goal is to become the Event Planner for a big financial firm in some big city. Wouldn't that be amazing? I am loving school this semester and all my classes and teachers.

Basically this year is off to a great start :)
