Yesterday I ran into a good friend of mine in the hallways at school. We hadn't seen each other in a while since I was across the world last semester. We caught up for a good couple hours in between classes. I learned some things that happened in my friend's life and was immediately humbled, inspired, and thankful for all that I have been blessed with. It also made my realize even more how important the Gospel and family are.
Here is a quote from Henry B. Eyring that I like:
“That is because the greatest joys and the greatest sorrows we experience are in family relationships. The joys come from putting the welfare of others above our own. That is what love is.”
I couldn't ask for a better family. We aren't flawless and definitely have our moments but my family is perfect for me. I just want them to know how much I love each and every one of them. Families really are forever.
