One of my new friend's, Kristy, has a birthday today! I thought I would write a little post to tell you readers about her food blog, Sweet Treats and More! Not only is she gorgeous and a wonderful mother and wife, she is also an amazing cook/baker! I don't think I have ever been to her house when there wasn't a plate full of yummy treats waiting to be devoured. She also does a "Fit Friday" post every week that highlights healthy, yet delicious meals and fun workout tips. Kristy is great. Go stalk her blog.
Side note: I found this cute picture of her cute son and my doggie playing together at my parent's house. Adorable!!
